"The idea of opening a Spanish inspired restaurant came from an immigrant living in Houston since the early 90's..... Smells, flavors and textures of his childhood in Spain, lingered in his memory with a certain nostalgia. In the summer of 2008, he met a Barcelonian chef and the idea became a project. After years of enthusiasm, planning and hard work, in September 2014, the dream came true and BCN opened its doors.
Our new project MAD is the natural evolution of that dream, and this is why it is so important to always keep the flavors and textures as found in the BCN cookbook."
